How to:  Login to NJ Dare Devils Website, Request New Password

How do I login to the website?  I can’t remember my login ID or password.  Why do I need a login and password anyhow? 

1   –   Login to the NJ Dare Devils website, www.njdaredevils.net or www.njdaredevils.com, is through the “Login” button at the top right of the NJDD website Home Page.

  1. Click on the “Login” button.
  2. Enter your email address (the one you used to register) or full name (usually first name, a space, and then last name); login is not case sensitive.  If you use this email address for more than one registered player/coach, you should use full name (which is username) and email address to login.
  3. Enter your password in the space provided; password is case sensitive.

2 –   If you do not know your password, click on the “Request new password” button.

  1.  A new screen will pop-up requiring you to re-enter your email address (it must be the email address on file when you registered on the NJ Dare Devils website).
  2. Read the message at the top of the screen with the light bulb informing you that “Further instructions have been sent to your email address.  Do not attempt to login again at this point.
  3. Read the following email message and take the action asked of you to access to your account:

“A request to reset the password for your account has been made at NJ Dare
Devils. You may now log in to njdaredevils.net by clicking on this link or
copying and pasting it in your browser:
http://njdaredevils.net/user/reset/70/1326127766/b7508d9e0e837903da4e1103ce7.
This is a one-time login, so it can be used only once. It expires after one
day and nothing will happen if it's not used. After logging in, you will
be redirected to http://njdaredevils.net/user/70/edit so you can change your
password.”

Note that you must take action within 24 hours of the one-time message being sent to access your account using this password reset capability.

3 –   Why do I need a login and password anyhow?

  1. Your login and password are needed to access secure data on the website, such as the member directory and registration data.  It is best to save the login and password in a secure place, since you probably don’t use it much. 
  2. The login and password will be required for you to update information on your (player, junior coach, senior coach) registration record such as phone number, address, or email address or other personal information.
  3. The login and password will be required to re-register at the beginning of each season.  Having the login and password available makes it easier and quicker to re-register.
  4. There may be other secure areas of the NJDD website that require your login/password in the future.
